PEI completed the first three phases this 159 unit multi-family project located at 159th Street and US 69 Highway in Overland Park, Kansas. The project consists of privately owned three-story buildings, a clubhouse with pool, and room for a future mixed use neighborhood office and retail center. PEI prepared ALTA survey of the existing property, preliminary and final development plans & platting through entitlement approval, construction documents for permitting, and construction assistance. The final phases are now under construction and anticipated to be completed in 2015.

Tallgrass at the Wilderness West
Overland Park, Kansas
Nestled on 26 acres of sloping terrain that provide spectacular views, this 132 unit project was completed by PEI for Robben Development. There are 44 buildings each having 3 attached units along private streets. PEI completed all surveying, platting, entitlements, construction documents, public utility extension plans, construction coordination and administration, and construction survey staking.
St. James Court
Olathe, Kansas
Lodcated on 151st Street in Olathe, St. James Court includes 44 buildings with four units per building on 38 acres. Each unit offers single story living with master and guest bedrooms on one level. Basements were included for additional storage or as finished space. PEI completed all entitlements, public street and utility extension plans, site development plans, plot plans, construction administration, construction staking and plot plans for the project.
The Courts at Fairfield Village
Olathe, Kansas
PEI prepared all preliminary and final platting, final construction documents, plot plans and surveying for this growing south Olathe multi-family community. The Courts at Fairfield Village is zoned RP-3 on 34 acres. When complete, it will have 192 total attached units which is 5.6 units/acre. Villas of Leabrooke
Leawood, Kansas
Developed as part of the Leabrooke master planned residential community, the Villas of Leabrooke include 126 units on 27 acres in the RP-3 zoning area of the project. The project is located on Kenneth Road near 147th Street. The initial phase of buildings has been completed and PEI is working on the next phases which are now under construction.
