Hampton Inn is a new 87 room, 4 story hotel with a 200 seat conference center located in Gardner, KS. PEI performed all land surveying and civil engineering for this project. PEI was involved with coordinating all entitlements and permitting including approvals from the Johnson County Airport Authority and the FAA. The hotel opened in July of 2019.
Embassy Suites Hotel
and Conference Center
Olathe, KS
Embassy Suites Hotel and Conference Center is a 9 story hotel with 200 rooms, a full service restaurant and home to the City of Olathe’s new 1000 seat conference center. The site is located at the southeast corner of K-10 Highway and Ridgeview Road. PEI provided land surveying and civil engineering design for the new hotel and site infrastructure, which included a new 600 car parking lot.
Hilton Garden Inn
Olathe, KS
Hilton Garden Inn is a new six story hotel in Olathe, KS with 107 rooms and home to Johnny’s Italian Steakhouse. This first class hotel features a family and business class atmosphere, meeting space, amenities (pool, patio and workout facilities) and a quality restaurant.
This project was built on a re-development site, which removed a vacant restaurant building which had been closed for several years. The new hotel will attain LEED certification for environmental responsibility. Additional stormwater runoff reduction was achieved by removing the above ground detention basin and constructing an underground stormwater chamber.
PEI performed all land surveying and civil engineering for this project. PEI was involved with initial site planning, zoning entitlements, and has prepared final construction drawings and construction staking
Aloft Hotel at Park Place
Leawood, KS
Aloft Hotel is a 6 story hotel with 158 rooms and an additional 43,200 sq. feet of retail restaurant space. The total building size is 126,000 sq. feet and is integrally designed into the Park Place mixed use center in Leawood, KS. PEI provided land surveying and civil engineering design for the new hotel and infrastructure. PEI also prepared a 3D plat to divide the building into 4 individual buildings.
