The project has underground parking for 101 cars and surface parking for an additional 82 cars. The total building size is 287,000 sq. ft. on 8.19 acres.

PEI provided all land surveying, civil engineering and landscape architecture for this continuing care senior living facility. The project includes 95 Independent living apartments, 21 memory care units and 60 assisted living units. The total building is 208,000 sq. ft. on 8.64 acres.
Evergreen Community
Olathe, KS
PEI provided all land surveying, civil engineering and landscape architecture for this continuing care senior living facility. The project includes 35 Independent living apartments, 40 assisted living units, and 40 skilled nursing units. The total building is 108,000 sq. ft. on 16.4 acres. Village Cooperative of Lenexa
Lenexa, KS
PEI provided all land surveying, civil engineering and landscape architecture for this independent senior community. The project includes 52 Independent living owner occupied homes with an underground parking garage for 59 cars and an additional 31 surface parking spaces. The total building is 112,000 sq. ft. on 5.13 acres.

PEI provided all land surveying, civil engineering and landscape architecture for this continuing care senior living facility. The project includes 56 Independent living apartments, 34 assisted living units and 36 memory care units. The project has underground parking for 52 cars and surface parking for an additional 75 cars. The total building is 168,800 sq. ft. on 8.43 acres.
