PEI prepared ALTA survey of the existing property, preliminary and final development plans & platting through entitlement approval, construction documents for permitting, and construction assistance. Upon completion of the project, PEI prepared an ALTA as-built survey.

One a golf driving range, this redevelopment of 20 acres along 135th Street in Overland Park is a thriving new apartment community. The Sovereign includes 250 new apartment units in 24 buildings with one, two and three bedroom units and attached garages that open into each unit. A new clubhouse with pool and cabana serve the residents amenity needs. PEI prepared ALTA survey of the existing property, preliminary and final development plans & platting through entitlement approval, construction documents for permitting, and construction survey staking and construction assistance. Upon completion of the project, PEI prepared an ALTA as-built survey.

The Village at Mission Farms
Overland Park, KS
The newest luxury apartment and retail building at Mission Farms has opened. This 5 story, 400,000 sq. ft.+ project features 212 luxury 1, 2, and 3 bedroom apartments with internal parking garage, clubhouse, pool and courtyard and other amenities. The project also included 12,000 sq. ft. of first floor retail. PEI provided surveying and civil engineering design for the project, and completed an ALTA as-built survey of the project after completion.

Domain at City Center Apartments

Domain at City Center Apartments is the first residential project in the growing City Center Lenexa master planned community. This project features 200 luxury apartments in one, four story apartment building on four acres. The project also includes a four story, 304 space parking structure which provides covered parking for the residents. PEI prepared ALTA survey of the existing property, preliminary and final development plans & platting through entitlement approval, public street improvement plans, construction documents for permitting, and construction assistance. The project consists of four 4-story buildings and a parking garage for 497 cars.
